Fresh Focaccia

This is an all-time classic at Ciao Morgano! I first learned to make focaccia after a trip to Venice, where I spent my afternoons studying classical music in the Cini Foundation archives and performing at Teatro La Fenice. This was a favorite snack, one that I would often pick up on my walk home after a long day of rehearsing. It seldom made it all the way back to the apartment!
